I believe that everyone can heal, and my goal is to facilitate healing for clients through the therapeutic process. I employ an eclectic approach with a strong foundation in Humanistic psychology and Client-centered therapy: to heal and thrive, people need an environment that provides them with empathy, genuineness, acceptance, being seen with unconditional positive regard, and being listened to and understood.
