Listening. Understanding. Transforming.
I deeply believe that healing is within reach for everyone. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where that healing can naturally take place—one rooted in unconditional acceptance, genuine connection, and active listening. My role isn't to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own strength and capacity to thrive.
Because every person’s journey is unique, I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to what you need most. Grounded in humanistic and client-centered values, I weave together evidence-based tools—including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic techniques, and mindfulness—with creative outlets like art and play therapy for kids.
Together, we’ll build a pathway toward deep healing, self-expression, and lasting growth.
